Randy and his team are the best. Their customer service exceeded my expectations. I cannot rave anymore about their service from getting the quote to finishing the job. They're definitely a company I would recommend to anyone for their customer service and affordability.

This review is long overdue.  Randy and team are great!  I own over 5+ rental properties in Eagle Rock and always rehabbing new properties i acquire.  Don Glenn has been my "go to" for all HVAC needs for years. Family ran business.  Easy going, Fair, honest... and always professional.  Im sure they get busy on hot weather, but still very responsive and always willing to fit me in even with smallest issues.  He's even come through on a several occasions to troubleshoot and replace blown fuses, etc.. and didnt charge me for them even years after original install date.   Highly recommended!!!

Randy repaired our floor furnace this past winter.  If he had not fixed it, I would've spent a second winter suffering without heat being I have arthritis in my spine and the cold weather affects me.  He replied promptly to my message. He scheduled a visit, assessed the situation based on a visit from the Gas Company and before I knew it, my floor furnace in our 1922 home was up and running with no problems.  I highly recommend him.  I know a lot of homes in the area have floor furnaces and I was, honestly, worried we would have to look at new options were I unable to find someone familiar with them.  Thank you Randy!  I will continue to recommend you.

Heard about this company through our Nextdoor App.  My old (1948)floor heater went out during the coldest week of the year.  Called Randy on Tuesday 2/20. Randy & his assistant Joel showed up promptly at 9am as scheduled on Thursday 2/22.  Thank God it was something minor.  They were quick and thorough. Also, both kind and professional. Price was reasonable too. I was very pleased and highly recommended them.
